About USOur story began in December 2014, when we opened in Plaza Damansara as Neroteca under a licensing agreement.Our goal was to be an Italian fine casual dining restaurant, where our guests could enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in a warm and cosy ambience with an excellent service experience.Our authentic Italian dishes include pork, ham, various cold cuts selections and cheese from Italy, freshly handmade pasta, sauces, pork sausages, pizza dough and bread. Indeed we are one of very few restaurants that proudly make these by hand daily in our kitchen to offer the freshest possible ingredients with no additives and preservativesWe also offer a fine wine selection that complements our food.Our wood-fired Pizza & handmade Chitarra Pasta noodleWe proudly make our dough from scratch using unbleached, unbromated flour imported from Italy.Our pizza toppings and pasta sauces are sourced locally where available and organically as possible. Our pizzas range from more traditional, classical flavours to innovative, creative combinations such as our signature "Pizza Bismark' with Tomato sauce, mozzarella, grilled capsicum ,honey ham and sunny side up egg on the top.We are also proud to serve freshly handmade Italian pork sausages, pasta and salads.Freshly baked breadDid you know that we freshly bake all our own sourdough bread in house daily? our chef and pizza crew are bread freaks, nothing beats the aroma of freshly baked bread coming out of our wood-fired oven.Our Customers go crazy- and so do we!
Since Chef Stefano joined us in 2015, our menu has gone from strength to strength.
Chef Stefano's cuisines are inspired by his mother's home-made secret recipes from his hometown in Southern Italy.
